GOP judge objects redistrict projects

ALBANY — State Senate Republicans formally objected Wednesday to draft the federal judge whack freshman GOP Democratic Republic of Bob Turner of the Brooklyn-Queens Congressional District.

In documents filed with US judge Roanne Mann, the Senate GOP redistricting plan said the Congress released Tuesday — that eliminates head Turner will disenfranchise "traditional Russian and Jewish neighborhoods in Brooklyn."

The project will also break "traditional" Communities of interest in Far Rockaway peninsula, Howard Beach and ozone Park.

"These were the municipalities which were previously consolidated and must remain uniform in the region of the Democratic Republic of the Congo Turner," the GOP claims.

Mann was accused by a group of three Federal judges with rewriting Congress limits in New York, after the legislative heads of State was not in a position to do so.

Congress 29-member delegation of the State should be shrunk by two. Mann has proposed to get rid of the provinces of Turner and Maurice Hinchey, a Democrat, upland retiring.

House Democratic leadership informed Mann have no problem with the plans for the Congress.

Mann now will submit its proposal to the Federal judicial panel for adoption.
